How long will my order take to ship?
Most items can dispatch within 2-3 days, however custom made to measure and bespoke items can take several weeks. Orders will be sent together, so if you want your ready-made items quicker we suggest purchasing them separately. After shipping, UK orders usually arrive in 2-3 days and international orders in around 3 weeks.
Can you make this in my size?
If you're looking at our made to measure section then that answer is definitely a yes - we have no size limits. If you're looking at something else or something limited send us a message and we'll let you know.

Will this fit my girlfriend?
That's... hard to answer. If you can't ask what your gift recipients size or measurements are, we recommend a quick rifle through their cupboards - most items can be worked from a dress size. If you can't find out, we can suggest some items that are super flexible in their sizing. Please don't send us your girlfriends nudes.

Can I return my order if I'm unhappy with it?
We allow returns for most reasons you could be unhappy with your order, find our full policy and guarantees here. However, we can't accept returns of custom or intimate items based on simple change of heart.
